At Nytrams Embroidery, every item is stitched with care and packed with pride. Here's everything you need to know about how your nerdy merch makes its way from our sewing room to your doorstep.

🕒 Processing Time

• All items are made to order. Please allow 1-3 working weeks for production before dispatch.
• During busy periods (like convention season, public holidays or after celebrity shout-outs!), processing may take a little longer. We’ll always keep you updated.

💸 Shipping Costs

• Calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
• Free UK shipping on orders over £100.

🌍 Customs & Import Fees

• International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes. We recommend checking your local regulations before ordering.
• We are NOT responsible for any delays that take place due to customs.
  

📬 Missing or Delayed Orders
