At Nytrams Embroidery, every item is custom embroidered with care and creativity. Because our products are made to order and personalised, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.

❌ No Returns or Exchanges

• All sales are final. Once your order is placed, it enters our embroidery queue and cannot be cancelled or changed.
• We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect sizing, or unexpected delivery times.

✅ Faulty or Incorrect Items

• If your item arrives damaged or we’ve made a mistake with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at nytramsembroidery@gmail.com
• We’ll work with you to resolve the issue, whether that’s a replacement or another suitable solution.
